The PAL project was implemented with the aim of developing a comprehensive approach in the fields of education and employment, in order to accelerate the social inclusion of Roma communities. Through a series of coordinated actions, the project focused on empowering Roma youth participation and promoting sustainable solutions that address the real needs of the communities.
The project actively supported the participation of Roma youth at different levels by collecting qualitative data on their practices, approaches, and challenges. At the same time, it strengthened initiatives where the active involvement of Roma communities played a key role in achieving long-term social change and fostering equal participation.
“United Societies of Balkans” participated in the project as an associated partner, taking part in international meetings and collaborative activities among partners. Through this involvement, knowledge exchange and experience sharing were enhanced, contributing to the effective implementation of the project’s objectives.
The project was co-funded by the European Commission, and its dissemination was further supported through its official online presence and the hashtag #palproject2016, increasing its visibility and impact at the European level.
