Last February I participated in the Erasmus+ training course "Youth Work Against Hate Speech” in Odorheiu Secuiesc, Romania. It was such an unforgettable experience. I made new friends from Romania, Spain, Croatia, Lithuania, North-Macedonia, Bulgaria and Greece. We used non-formal education methods to better understand how to combat hate speech in our communities. We had the chance to visit a local NGO that works with Roma people. We also organized an intercultural night during which we had the chance to discover each country, try traditional food and drinks and have fun! A big thank you to all the participants, coordinators and our trainer Robert for making this Erasmus+ project so special. I’m looking forward to the next Erasmus+ experience.
