The training course that I participated in Velden, organized by Europa Haus, just went beyond my expectations. The whole organization and the trainers of the course were so well prepared and approachable, that made me feel welcomed very quickly.
I had the opportunity, during the days of the training course, to be interviewed for iconic job offers and the best part was that I was filmed in order to see – for the very first time – myself being interviewed. During those days we, also, dealt with the notion of our brand name, of entrepreneurship in youth, non – formal and formal education as though. I participated in groups about artificial intelligence and how the humanity can use its brain to be employable, but I also worked individually on some projects, like my “personal canvas”.
I really enjoyed the part of being able again to draw in order to explain, to act in order to understand, to play games in order to boost the energy of learning. I met people from different countries and was surprised to see how many common problems and thoughts the youth community in Europe has. I loved the place that was chosen for that project. It was near the lake, and I had the feeling that I could just leave myself travelling in its own thoughts during my stay there. I am grateful to be chosen for that project, for the people I met, and that I dared to take some time off my work in order to charge my batteries and enrichen my knowledge in employability.
