Art of Resilience

The “Art of Resilience” took place from May 1st to 9th in Galyatető, in the mountains of Hungary, about two hours outside of Budapest. In the first few days we did workshops around mental resilience and self-awareness. I worked with people from different countries, with very different experiences from mine, and that helped me see things very differently. Then came the expedition. Many kilometers of hiking in the mountains, and trying at first all together and then divided into groups, when we got there we had to set up everything we needed to sleep in the forest and arrange our meals as well. Cold, tiredness, and a group of people I had met a few days before. The difficulties and how we solved them together taught me a lot about how to work in groups with people completely different from me. Overall I enjoyed it a lot, more than I expected and I would definitely like to take part in something similar again.
