My name is Xanthippi, and I’m from Greece. I am currently participating in the project In Media Resc, hosted by United Societies of Balkans. I chose to join this project because I want to become more active in matters concerning both the environment and the local community.
As a member of Balkan Hotspot, I have the opportunity to express myself creatively through articles, poems, and short stories published on the Blog and in the magazine. For me, this experience is not only about sharing my voice, but also about exploring my limits and discovering new aspects of myself, all while being part of a supportive team.
Moreover, as a woman, I truly value the fact that this project provides a safe space where we feel empowered and encouraged to contribute freely. Being part of In Media Resc has given me a sense of belonging and growth that I will carry with me beyond the project.
