An Erasmus+ story from Spain

Our participation in the ESC BOX program was an experience that will remain etched in our memory. The program’s theme, which focused on volunteering, gave us the opportunity to broaden our horizons and meet people with a shared passion for giving and cooperation. Through the activities and workshops, we discovered new aspects of volunteering and realized the value it can offer to society and to the volunteers themselves.
During the program, we learned a lot both theoretically and practically. The discussions and exchanges of ideas with other participants were extremely constructive, as they enabled us to understand different perspectives and approaches to volunteering. In addition, the skills we acquired, such as teamwork, organization and problem solving, are valuable both for our personal development and for our future action as volunteers.
This experience was unique for us, not only because we enriched our knowledge but also because it inspired us to strengthen our participation in volunteer activities. ESC BOX helped us understand how important collective effort is to achieve positive changes and made us feel part of a global community fighting for a better future.
