From 10th to 17th of June, the "Be Present" project was held in Hungary by the organizing body "Ifjúsági Stratégiai Kutató Központ Alapítvány" and the co-funding of the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
This program aimed to convey to young people the meaning and importance of mindfulness both in everyday life and in their workplace, as a means of reducing or eliminating stress.
During the program, a variety of activities were carried out, through which we realized both the interest of the subject and the interest of interacting with young people from other countries, gradually discovering our common points.
I would suggest participating in these types of programs as they are a unique experience and mobilize a more global mental picture of the world and its ideas.
