Riding Waves στη Σλοβενία και τη Κροατία

It was a unique experience where I met amazing people from different places and exchanged ideas and opinions. Through activities and discussions, I was able to broaden my horizons and gain new perspectives on ethics on the internet and everyday life, as well as what it is like to work with people from different cultures. I had a wonderful time, with lots of laughter, with very warm and kind people and a strong sense of community. It was much better than I expected and will definitely be unforgettable. I learned a lot, had fun, and I feel more open to new experiences and cultures.

The experience of the program was very nice. The instructors were quite helpful and had a lot of patience and understanding towards all the people who took part. The activities were several hours long and we were all a little tired, but fortunately we had enough breaks in between. I believe that with all the participants from all the countries we bonded a lot and made new friends.

I can say that this project was quite different from the other Erasmus projects in which I have participated. Within 10 days we visited two different places, which made the experience even more interesting and dynamic. The time passed quickly, perhaps because every day was filled with new activities, knowledge and human contacts. In the first days we focused on understanding the internet and the dangers it may hide, through workshops and group discussions. Our main goal was to create an information campaign for the safe use of the internet and to raise awareness among users. Throughout the program, I had the opportunity to meet interesting people from different cultural backgrounds, with whom we exchanged opinions and experiences. Through these discussions, I was able to see the world around us through new perspectives and broaden my way of thinking. It was an experience that enriched me not only in terms of knowledge but also on a personal level, and I feel grateful to have been a part of it.

The "Ethical Surfers Riding Waves" program was an unforgettable experience. We got to explore digital literacy in a fun and meaningful way, improved our critical thinking, and discovered new places. The creative workshops and the super helpful trainers really made a difference. But personally I think the best  was the people. Meeting new friends and connecting with others from different backgrounds made it all so special. I’m really grateful for everything and can’t wait for the next part of the program.
