I was sent to Barbera del Valles (Spain) during the 20th of January, until the 24th of the same month. It was during a training course for youth workers and the main goal of this project was to discuss about mental health. Its official title was "TC: FeelForward. Critical Thinking Strategies for Emotional Support in Young People". I attended the project as the representative of the organization "United Societies Of Balkans"and I was there with representatives of 8 other countries. It was an utterly useful project and I got to witness how other people experience mental health in their hometown. We got to exchange many ideas, stories and questions and I left from Spain, inspired to incorporate and adapt some of the activities that were realized, to the greek local community!
