Let's move, learn and develop with Georgia

From the 2nd to the 9th of April I was in a very small village in the South of Italy, about 80 km away from Naples, in the charming Ceppaloni. The reason that brought me to that village with the very few inhabitants and the very beautiful landscapes, was the training project Socialartshub "Let's move, learn and develop".

During the program and with our trainers, Enzo, Giulia and Erica, we had the opportunity to dance individually and all together, to improvise, get to know great music, to share, to create and to get closer with ourselves but also to feel like members of a larger group through dance, movement and the use of various objects.

It was a unique experience for me because I met wonderful people from Poland, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Germany and Greece. Different personalities with different "energies", different backgrounds, but together we created something unique.

Returning to Greece, I feel really lucky, full of energy and inspiration. I managed to get out of my safety zone, a fact that I consider very important for the development of each person, I discovered new aspects of myself through dance and I practically understood the meaning of dance therapy.

Thanks to everyone who gave me the opportunity to live this experience. Those of you who have the opportunity to participate in one of the Erasmus + programs, dare it!
