We took part in the training in Karlovac (Croatia) between 3/12-11/12. For the two out of three in our group was their first Erasmus+ program and this experience was amazing. The project had as its main theme the Youth unemployment. It was consisted by group activities with main aim, to exchange methods of non formal education in the field of youth unemployment. During the project we developed some soft skills like, teamwork , creative thinking, time management and self motivation . In our view, the most interesting thing was the different approach of each participant country in facing youth unemployment's problem, it really broaden our horizons. Our goal after the project is to share the information that we learnt ( job opportunities, enrichment of CV, Erasmus+ programs) through social media and in our academic institutions.
