Break the Glass Testimonies: Tania

Break the Glass Testimonies: Tania

My name is Tania, and I'm from Tallinn, Estonia. I'm a curious and friendly person who enjoys writing, drawing, and joking around. With a background in anthropology and experience in youth work and translation, I’ve always been drawn to creative and meaningful projects. Currently, I'm participating in the ESC program at MediaLab Balkan Hotspot in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Youth Voices Green Choices in Italy

Youth Voices Green Choices in Italy

My first Erasmus+ experience in Torino, Italy through the project "Youth Voices Green Choices" was unique! From the very first day, I was introduced to a world of new ideas about food, sustainability, zero waste, and respecting the environment. The programme was all about how we, as young people, can make smarter food choices, reduce waste, and take better care of our planet.

Riding Waves στη Σλοβενία και τη Κροατία

Riding Waves στη Σλοβενία και τη Κροατία

It was a unique experience where I met amazing people from different places and exchanged ideas and opinions. Through activities and discussions, I was able to broaden my horizons and gain new perspectives on ethics on the internet and everyday life, as well as what it is like to work with people from different cultures. I had a wonderful time, with lots of laughter, with very warm and kind people and a strong sense of community. It was much better than I expected and will definitely be unforgettable. I learned a lot, had fun, and I feel more open to new experiences and cultures.

An Erasmus+ experience "across borders"

An Erasmus+ experience "across borders"

My participation in pride across borders in Thessaloniki in the Greek usb team was an exciting experience. We welcomed teenagers and young people from Ireland and learned about life there, about their culture, but also about the rights of the LGBTQ+ community that fights for self-evident equality as citizens of the world. There was a friendly atmosphere, joy and enthusiasm.
