Christos' Erasmus+ experience

2 weeks ago, the first project I participated, was successfully completed. In addition it was an unforgettable experience for me as it was my first trip abroad. I learned a lot of new things about the discrimination that exists and which types of discrimination occur most often in all the different countries that the participants were from. I also met many different people and their cultures.

The youth exchange ‘I have a dream’ in Cyprus that took place in March 2022 was one of the most beautiful trips of my life.

In the first days we were divided into small groups for the various dating activities that brought us closer. Also each country made interesting and well-designed presentation workshops but also their own. We learned a lot about discrimination, racism and had the opportunity to dance and try different dishes. It is worth mentioning here that the restaurant had a lot of local and delicious food.

The project has brought together participants from different corners of Europe. The purpose of the program has been learning about refugees and the situation of migrants in Europe in a non-formal way.
