“Balkan heArt” was a youth exchange that brought together 43 young participants from across the Balkan region, aiming to promote intercultural dialogue through artistic expression. The initiative created a space for creativity and collaboration, fostering mutual understanding among participants.
Participants were trained in various art forms, including jewelry making, candle making, graphics and photography, design, radio production, and creative writing. Through these thematic areas, they explored new forms of expression and developed their creative skills.
The programme was based on non-formal education methods, encouraging participation, collaboration, and the exchange of experiences among young people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Artistic activities served as a powerful tool for connection and dialogue.
Through this process, participants enhanced their understanding of diversity and developed skills that promote social inclusion and intercultural communication, contributing to more open and inclusive societies.
