The “ECE – Empowerment, Creativity and Entrepreneurship” project was implemented with the aim of providing tools, methods, and best practice exchange in the fields of empowerment, creativity, and entrepreneurship. The initiative contributed to the development of innovative approaches in youth work and education, promoting skill-building and knowledge sharing.

The project primarily targeted youth workers and educators, who acted as multipliers within their local communities. Through their participation, they strengthened their capacity to transfer knowledge, inspire young people, and promote active engagement.

Throughout the project, various activities were carried out, including international training courses, seminars, and local initiatives such as exhibitions and presentations. These activities provided practical learning experiences and fostered intercultural collaboration among participants.

A total of ten countries took part in the project, including five from Southern Europe (Greece, Italy, Slovenia, Spain, and Portugal) and five from Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and Argentina). This international cooperation enhanced the exchange of knowledge and experiences across diverse cultural and professional contexts.

The U.S.B. carry out educational, social, and volunteer mobility and youth-empowerment programs. Their goals are social inclusion, the creation and support of a network of active citizens, and improving their quality of life.
