The “Get Included – Gamification as a Tool for Entrepreneurship and Inclusion” project was a two-year initiative focusing on the empowerment of young refugees and migrants, as well as young people from host communities. The project also targeted youth workers and professionals active in the field of inclusion, promoting the use of innovative educational approaches. Its core concept was to use gamification and social entrepreneurship as tools to support social inclusion.
The main objective of the project was to improve the position of young refugees and migrants by enhancing their active participation in society and their ability to take initiative. Through this process, participants were encouraged to develop social entrepreneurship skills and act as agents of positive change, contributing to solving social challenges and creating sustainable solutions.
At the same time, the project focused on developing competences through gamification methods, strengthening the skills of both young people and youth workers. A needs analysis of refugee and migrant youth, as well as young people in host countries, was conducted, while educational tools were developed to facilitate the understanding of social entrepreneurship through interactive and participatory approaches.
The project contributed to promoting social inclusion and intercultural understanding, creating a supportive learning environment that fostered collaboration and empowerment among all participants.
