Within the framework of the European project “Interaging” (Intergenerational Learning), implemented under the Erasmus+ programme in the field of adult education and funded by the Italian National Agency, a four-day non-formal education training course was organized from February 14 to 17 in Thessaloniki.
The training took place at Balkan Heart and focused on empowering organizations and professionals to effectively implement Erasmus+ projects. Through interactive non-formal learning methods, participants gained practical knowledge and tools for designing and developing European initiatives.
Organizations from Greece, Italy, and Croatia participated in the training, creating opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and the development of future collaborations in the field of European projects.
The activity contributed to strengthening transnational cooperation and promoting intergenerational learning, providing a dynamic environment for sharing best practices and experiences.
