The “Media Youth” project was an international initiative that aimed to promote youth activities through the effective use of new media. The project focused on enhancing young people’s digital engagement and developing skills related to modern communication and social issues.

Organizations from six European and African countries participated in the project, including Italy, Romania, Ghana, Zambia, Cameroon, and Greece. This international collaboration facilitated the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the fields of new media and youth empowerment.

As part of the project, U.S.B. conducted research on how young people used new media, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities within the digital landscape. The findings contributed to a deeper understanding of youth digital behavior.

Additionally, a local workshop titled “Integrated Campaign – Social Issues and New Media” was organized in Thessaloniki. The workshop focused on the development of online awareness campaigns, enabling participants to build practical skills in designing and implementing digital campaigns with social impact.
