“Xenophobia / Xenophilia” was an educational programme aimed at addressing xenophobia and racism, particularly in relation to issues of national identity. Through a structured learning process, it sought to promote understanding of diversity and foster values such as respect, tolerance, and intercultural coexistence.

The programme was based on participatory and experiential learning methods, enabling participants to exchange experiences, develop critical thinking, and reflect on stereotypes and prejudices linked to national identity.

A total of 31 young people from 11 Balkan and European countries took part in the training activity. The multicultural composition of the group contributed significantly to creating a dynamic environment for learning and dialogue.

The programme strengthened participants as agents of change within their communities, enhancing their ability to promote social inclusion and actively counter racism and discrimination.

The U.S.B. carry out educational, social, and volunteer mobility and youth-empowerment programs. Their goals are social inclusion, the creation and support of a network of active citizens, and improving their quality of life.
